Paleo Spring

Paleo, as you might know, is a diet that relies on feeding your body whole, fresh foods that you would be able to get in the Paleolithic era.

This means foods you can hunt, gather, and forage, without a lot of processed foods, preservatives, and very little, if any, dairy.

There are some guidelines to follow, but many people also make up their own rules along the way.
